RDY materials are deliberately designed to retain warmth, but keep air moving throughout the body. Said differently, COLD. RDY will keep you warm and dry (instead of retaining sweat, which will only end up getting you damp and cold). hozel_rocket.
The Ultraboost model has been the flagship running shoe of adidas for many years. Constructed on the basis of the revolutionary Boost technology, which is the main material constituting the midsole of these extremely comfortable shoes. This is a perfect proposition for runners for the fall and winter season. The shoes are equipped with the COLD.RDY technology, which will provide warmth and comfort during low temperatures and protect against moisture thanks to its hydrophobic properties . In addition, the special Continental ™ WinterGrip ™ tread adapted to winter conditions will provide traction even on snow or other slippery and wet surfaces.
In the new model, the runner’s foot is wrapped in a knitted upper made of Primeknit+ Forged material , which, despite its softness and high flexibility , holds the foot very well , effectively supporting it during each running step. It is also worth adding that in line with the Adidas brand’s strong commitment to protecting the climate and the natural environment, the upper of the shoe is made of high-quality yarn containing at least 50% of Parley Ocean Plastic material , i.e. processed plastic waste collected on beaches and coastal areas around the world. . The other half of the yarn used is also recycled polyester .
Thanks to the above changes , Ultraboost Light has become more dynamic and light, while retaining its best features from previous editions, i.e. outstanding comfort of use, high cushioning and a well-breathable upper , which means that it is still one of the most favorite and comfortable training shoes for everyday running.
