When confirming an order on www.musikogsport.is , customers undertake to accept these terms and conditions.
SELLER INFORMATION
The seller is Músik og Sport ehf. ID number 710303-2310 to house Reykjavíkurvegi 60, 220 Hafnarfjörður.

RETURN DEADLINE
You can come to our store at Reykjavikurvegur 60 in Hafnarfjörður and exchange the product.
You can also take the product to the post office and send it to us, making sure to include your order details, including your name, address and phone number.
We will then be in touch with you further.
Upon product return, you will receive a credit note.
Right of return
Customers have the right to return products up to 14 days after order confirmation if the following conditions are met:
- That the product is in perfect condition
- That the product is unused
- That the product is in unused original packaging.
Products must be in their original condition and a receipt must be included.
Note Products that have been marked with a name or number cannot be exchanged.
Shipping costs are not refundable
Músik og Sport evaluates the salability of the returned product and reserves the right to reject the product return if the above conditions are met.
A credit note for product returns only covers the product price itself, other costs such as shipping to or from the buyer are the responsibility of the buyer.
If there is a defect, it is necessary to specify it immediately upon delivery of the product.
A defective product is replaced with a new one or refunded if the product is not available.

Delivery time
Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days after the order is received and payment has taken place. The product is sent directly to the post office by mail, the person receives an SMS when the product has arrived.

PRICE
All prices in the online store are in Icelandic króna and include value added tax (VAT) and are published subject to typing errors. The seller uses a secure payment gateway from Valitor in Iceland. You can pay with credit cards from Visa and Mastercard or cash on delivery with a debit card.

Sold goods are the property of the seller until the buyer has paid the purchase price in full.

LEGAL PROVISIONS
The provisions of the Act on door-to-door and distance sales no. 96/1992, Act on liquid assets purchase no. 50/2000 as well as the provisions of the Act on Consumer Purchases no. 48/2003, as applicable. Countdown of all deadlines mentioned in law no. 96/1992 begins when the goods are received.
CONGRESS OF DEFENSE
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be prosecuted before the Reykjavík District Court. These terms apply from 20. May 2011.
